At eShopArea.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return products and receive a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable. These include:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@eshoparea.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 business days.

  3. Return Shipping Instructions: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. eShopArea.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@eshoparea.com with your order details.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider; sometimes, it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@eshoparea.com.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at support@eshoparea.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@eshoparea.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
